WARRANTY, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Hardware Limited Warranty

foundmi warrants that your hardware product ("the Product") is designed to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing for six months from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser ("The Warranty Window"). We have made specific adaptations to the product to allow the battery to be inter-changeable. If the battery life runs out, replace the battery prior to contacting the manufacturer. If a defect in the Product arises within The Warranty Window, not related to the battery life, foundmi will, make every attempt to and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished functionally tested product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price after the original device is successfully returned and tested for defects. The defect must be related to a functionality clearly defined within the instructions. The Warranty Window is immediately terminated if the Product is tampered or modified in anyway.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.

Warranty process: Please access and review the online help resources available at www.foundmi.com/faq/ before seeking warranty service. If the foundmi device is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please contact a foundmi support agent by emailing support@foundmi.com and follow the instructions provided to you via the support staff for you to get support with this Limited Warranty. Before receiving warranty service, foundmi or its support agents may require that you furnish proof of purchase evidencing that YOU are the original purchaser of the foundmi device and the date and place of original purchase and/or respond to questions designed to assist with diagnosing potential issues and follow foundmi’s procedures for obtaining warranty service.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We will gladly accept approved returns or exchanges of a foundmi purchased 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Only foundmi devices that have been purchased directly from foundmi.com can be returned or exchanged. foundmi devices purchased through other retailers must be returned or exchanged in accordance with their respective returns and exchange policy. Please contact support@foundmi.com for more information.

Any item that is defective will be fully exchanged and customer will not be responsible for return shipping fees. If the device is free of errors, the customer is responsible for shipping fees both ways when returning or requesting for an exchange.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, with all components, manuals, and/or registration card(s) included. Devices that are returned incomplete or damaged (if accepted) will require a restocking fee. This restocking fee is final.
