foundmi wants you to be thrilled with your new foundmi purchase. However, if you need to return it or if you aren’t 100% satisfied with it, we’re here to help.
Please contact support at support@foundmi.com to receive instructions on how to return or exchange your foundmi. Please allow 48 hours from when you send your email for a response from our Support Team.
Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from foundmi:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from foundmi can be returned to foundmi. Foundmi products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns policy.
Please ensure that the item you’re returning is unworn, repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, however, if the reason is due to error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Your purchase will NOT be eligible for a refund if it is:
- Damaged
- In used condition
Once we receive your foundmi, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. We will immediately notify you via email on the status of your refund after inspecting the foundmi. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
Is there something wrong with your foundmi? If there is, we’re very sorry! We will exchange your foundmi, provided the original foundmi is received back in its original packaging and condition.
If the reason is due to our error, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, you will not be charged to ship the new item.
